Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Procurement Analyst with strong expertise in Power BI to support data-driven decision-making within the Procurement and Supply Chain function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing procurement data, developing dashboards, monitoring supplier performance, optimizing cost strategies, and enhancing reporting automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of procurement data, including spend patterns, supplier performance, purchase orders, and contract compliance, to deliver actionable business insights.
• Identify and implement cost-optimization strategies while recommending process enhancements to improve operational efficiency and value creation.
• Monitor market trends, pricing fluctuations, supplier lead times, and potential supply chain risks to support proactive decision-making.
• Provide analytical support for strategic sourcing initiatives through detailed reporting, benchmarking, and data-driven recommendations.
• Develop, manage, and optimize interactive Power BI dashboards to effectively track and present key procurement KPIs.
• Automate procurement reporting processes and ensure seamless integration of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.) into Power BI for accurate and real-time analytics.
• Design and maintain real-time dashboards covering spend analysis, supplier performance, purchase order tracking, inventory movement, and budget versus actual performance.
• Assess supplier performance against SLAs and contractual obligations through structured scorecards, performance evaluations, and analytical reports.
• Oversee procurement budget monitoring, support forecasting activities, and ensure adherence to company policies and governance standards.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying workflow inefficiencies, recommending automation initiatives, and supporting ERP system enhancements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; CIPS certification preferred.

· 4–7 years of experience in procurement analytics or supply chain analysis, preferably within Qatar or the GCC region.

· Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including dashboard development, DAX, and data modeling.

· Strong command of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, advanced formulas) and experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Dynamics.

· Knowledge of SQL and strong analytical, reporting, and data interpretation skills are highly desirable.
