Procurement and Logistics Manager

Qualifications;


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields,
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement,
  • Experience in industrial projects procurement,
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and cost control,
  • Preferably fluent in English
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills,
  • Able to communicate effectively with international suppliers,
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.


Job Description;


Supplier Management & Procurement Processes

  • Identify new suppliers and manage relationships with existing ones,
  • Evaluate and improve supplier performance,
  • Prepare, negotiate, and manage supplier contracts,
  • Receive and evaluate purchase requests and coordinate with relevant departments,
  • Conduct market research to determine the most competitive prices and conditions,
  • Plan, execute, and report all procurement processes,
  • Develop strategies to reduce purchasing costs,
  • Prepare, monitor, and manage the procurement budget,
  • Control procurement expenses and prevent budget overruns,
  • Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures,
  • Continuously improve the company’s purchasing processes,
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations in all purchasing activities.


Logistics & Shipment Management

  • Plan, organize, and track all material and equipment shipments,
  • Ensure all shipment documents are prepared accurately and completely,
  • Coordinate customs clearance processes,
  • Track and report logistics costs (transportation, warehousing, etc.).
