Duties and Responsibilities

Manage supply operations for renewable energy (RES, GES, etc.) power plants ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of all related goods and services,

Manage the end-to-end contract life-cycle efficiently and accurately identifying risks and contractual terms not conforming company policy and strategies,
-
Coordinate and execute supply requests from other internal units and senior management,
-
Always negotiate the most favor commercial and legal terms with suppliers and subcontractors in line with company targets and principles,
-
Ensure that all procurement contracts are reviewed by all relevant units, including legal, finance, and project development, and that all necessary corrections and improvements are made after these reviews,
-
Track and report on all commercial matters related to the project, such as guarantees, progress payments, invoices, payments, customs procedures, and insurance,
-
Control and secure that all actions taken in the procurement processes comply with the commercial and legal terms written in the contract and/or specifications,
-
Ensure that all procurement procedures, policies, and reports are continuously up-to-date, complete, accurate and compliant with company strategy, relevant contracts, and regulations,
-
Conduct continuous market comparisons, cost and market analyses to remain competitive and report them to senior management,
-
Maintain a cost-effective position securing quality and strong supplier relationships,
-
Manage the supplier portfolio monitoring their performance, and developing alternative sourcing options,
-
Execute all SAP operations related to purchasing processes,
-
Identify potential supply chain risks and assist in the development of mitigation strategies,
-
Conduct OPEX operations in a way that creates value,
-
Guide, mentor, and train team members to maximize their efficiency and performance.

Prepare all documents and reports requested for audit purposes related to projects,
-
Support damage and risk management activities and budget studies,
-
Evaluate the current state of business processes and identifying requirements, presenting and reporting process improvement and development proposals to management,
-
Prepare workflow diagrams and detailed procedures for all processes and ensure their filing for sharing when requested,
Required Competencies and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or other relevant major.

Ability to write and speak English at a level sufficient to negotiate, make agreements, and draw up contracts with international suppliers,
-
Knowledgeable of all legal, business, financial, and long-term implications of prime contract negotiation and maintenance.

Min. 8 years of work experience in contract preparation and commercial processes of projects (preferably EPC, subcontracting construction project contracts),
-
Excellent proficiency in MS Office programs,
-
Team player, responsible, results-oriented and solution-focused,
-
Advanced planning and organizational skills,
-
Analytical thinking, always working carefully and paying attention to details.
