Procurement Coordinator

Position Required: Procurement Coordinator (Urgent requirement)

Industry : Automobile

Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical /Automobile/Instrumentation

Job Description :

• Candidates who have extensive experience in handling various spare parts of automobiles, generators, heavy lifting, construction, and material handling equipment.
• Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers to meet operational needs.
• Handle day-to-day purchasing activities from requisition to delivery.
• Source and evaluate suppliers, obtain quotations, and negotiate prices.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Knowledge of the inventory control management system.
• Knowledge in ISO/HSE and SAP/ERP experience required. Worked with agencies of Generator/equipment/vehicle in the GCC is preferred.
• Knowledge in UAE markets, Multilingual ,PC literate & GCC driving license is must
