Procurement Engineer

Review and analyze project requirements, drawings, and specifications to identify material needs.

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers/subcontractors to ensure quality, cost, and timely delivery.
• Prepare requests for quotation (RFQ), compare bids, and prepare bid analysis reports.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with project budgets and timelines.
• Coordinate with project, engineering, and site teams for material approvals and technical clarifications.
• Maintain vendor database and establish strong supplier relationships.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to quality, delivery, or contractual disputes.
• Prepare purchase orders, contracts, and related documentation in line with company policies.
• Track procurement status and prepare regular progress reports for management.
• Support in cost control, forecasting, and risk management related to procurement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
