We are looking for a highly skilled
Procurement / Contracts Manager
to oversee the procurement and subcontracting functions. They should have extensive experience in sourcing materials, managing suppliers, and negotiating contracts to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality project delivery.
Job Responsibilities & Exposure:

Possess thorough knowledge of all construction materials, including
MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing)
materials.

Procure materials efficiently in both retail and bulk quantities to meet project schedules.

Secure competitive quotations and favorable payment terms through strong negotiation skills.

Evaluate, negotiate, and finalize subcontract agreements within approved project budgets.

Prepare and justify Purchase Orders (P.O.s) for approval, ensuring selection of the most capable subcontractors well in advance of project requirements.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, material pricing, and supplier performance.

Develop and sustain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure reliability and quality.

Coordinate closely with project managers, engineers, and finance teams to align procurement with overall project objectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in
Civil Engineering

Mechanical Engineering
, or an equivalent discipline.

5 to 10 years of experience
in
Building Contracting.
