Procurement Engineer

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Procurement Engineer to join our Lahore office. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sourcing, evaluating, and procuring materials and services for EPC and industrial projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery in line with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities for engineering and construction projects.
• Prepare RFQs, evaluate bids, and negotiate with local and international suppliers.
• Develop and maintain vendor databases while ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.
• Coordinate with engineering, project management, and finance teams to ensure timely material delivery.
• Review technical specifications and verify that purchased materials meet project and client requirements.
• Track purchase orders, delivery schedules, and logistics activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in procurement processes and supplier performance.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles within EPC, oil & gas, power, or industrial sectors.
• Strong understanding of procurement principles, vendor management, and tendering procedures.
• Proficiency in relevant software systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
