Procurement Engineer

• Assess technical specifications and requirements for network equipment and
• services.
• Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on technical capabilities, cost, and
• delivery performance.
• Prepare and issue requests for quotations (RFQs) and tenders related to network
• procurement.
• Analyse supplier proposals and provide technical recommendations to support
• procurement decisions.
• Manage and monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with technical and
• contractual requirements.
• Collaborate with IT and network engineering teams to understand their procurement
• needs and offer effective solutions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for network-related procurement
• processes.
• Address and resolve technical issues related to network procurement and supplier
• deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Technical Diploma in Network Engineering, Computer Engineering,Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of overall experience.
• At least 5 years in a procurement engineering role focused on network equipment and services.
