Procurement Engineer

• Develop and implement procurement strategies and policies
• Source, evaluate, and select suppliers and subcontractors
• Negotiate contract terms, prices, and delivery schedules
• Manage purchase orders and procurement documentation
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure contract compliance
• Ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services
• Coordinate with project, finance, and site teams
• Maintain accurate procurement records and reports
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices
• Experience in construction materials and services
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to read contracts, specifications, and drawings
• Minimum 3+ years of procurement experience in construction
• ERP/procurement software experience is an advantage
• Bachelors Degree in Engineering(Civil ,Mechanical, Electrical or related field)
