Procurement Engineer Fit Out

• Review project specifications, BOQs, and drawings to determine material, equipment, and service requirements.
• Identify and develop qualified suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors with strong market credibility.
• Request and evaluate quotations, conduct technical and commercial comparisons, and recommend the most suitable options.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders in coordination with the project and finance departments.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules to achieve cost efficiency.
• Monitor vendor performance to ensure adherence to quality, delivery, and contractual obligations.
• Maintain updated procurement logs, material tracking sheets, and supplier databases.
• Coordinate closely with project, design, and site teams to align procurement schedules with project timelines.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, contractual terms, and UAE regulations.
• Support in value engineering initiatives by identifying alternative materials or suppliers.
• Prepare cost analysis reports and assist in budget preparation and control.
