Job Purpose
To support and execute procurement excellence initiatives, ensuring compliance with Boutique Group’s procurement policies and standards. The role focuses on enhancing process efficiency, analyzing procurement performance, and contributing to supplier management frameworks, while aligning with the strategic goals set by the Procurement Excellence Senior Manager.
Key Accountabilities
Operational Plans

Assist in implementing procurement policies, frameworks, and systems to improve operational efficiency and compliance.

Support the Procurement Excellence Senior Manager in driving process optimization initiatives and enhancing procurement workflows.

Identify and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement in procurement activities.
Policies, Systems, Processes, Procedures, and Standards

Contribute to the development and implementation of procurement policies, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Ensure adherence to established procurement systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement to enhance operational efficiency.

Monitor compliance with internal and external regulations, promoting a risk-free and secure procurement environment.

Provide input to refine and update procedures, ensuring procurement operations remain effective and aligned with best practices.
Performance Analysis and Reporting

Collect, analyze, and report on procure performance metrics, including cost savings, process efficiency, and supplier compliance.

Prepare performance dashboards and summaries for review by the Procurement Excellence Senior Manager.

Use data analytics tools to identify trends and inform strategic procurement decisions.
Process Optimization

Execute tasks to streamline procurement processes, reducing inefficiencies and improving cycle times.

Assist in adopting and implementing digital procurement tools to improve accuracy, transparency, and reporting.

Provide feedback on process bottlenecks and suggest solutions for workflow improvement.
Supplier Registration

Support the maintenance and validation of Boutique Group’s approved supplier database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.

Assist in the supplier registration process by collecting required documentation, verifying compliance, and coordinating internal approvals.

Facilitate onboarding sessions or communication to ensure suppliers are familiar with Boutique Group’s procurement policies, expectations, and code of conduct.
Supplier Performance Management

Support the development and implementation of supplier evaluation and management frameworks.

Monitor supplier performance and provide regular feedback to the Procurement Excellence Senior Manager.

Assist in resolving supplier performance issues and implementing corrective measures.
Compliance and Risk Management

Ensure procurement activities adhere to Boutique Group’s ethical standards, policies, and governance frameworks.

Participate in audits and compliance checks to maintain adherence to regulatory and organizational standards.

Identify procurement-related risks and support the development of mitigation strategies.
Local Content

Support the implementation of local content initiatives by promoting engagement with qualified Saudi-based suppliers and SMEs in alignment with Vision 2030 and Boutique Group’s procurement policies.

Track and report local sourcing metrics to support compliance with national localization standards and ensure supplier evaluation processes give proper weight to local content contributions.
Sustainability and Corporate Responsibility

Contribute to the integration of sustainable and ethical practices into procurement activities.

Monitor sustainability metrics for procurement initiatives and provide reports to the Procurement Excellence Senior Manager.

Ensure timely and accurate preparation of procurement performance reports, dashboards, and compliance summaries in line with Boutique Group’s reporting standards.
Qualifications, Experience
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
3-4 years of Experience in any related field
