Procurement Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing & Supplier Management
  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers locally and internationally.
  • Develop and maintain a reliable supplier database.
  • Request, compare, and analyze quotations from multiple vendors.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
  • Procurement Operations
  • Process purchase requisitions and convert them into purchase orders.
  • Ensure timely procurement of goods and services within budget.
  • Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and delivery schedules.
  • Monitor and track orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Cost & Quality Control
  • Ensure procurement meets quality standards and company policies.
  • Work closely with the quality assurance team to resolve product or service issues.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
  • Coordination & Reporting
  • Coordinate with internal departments to understand procurement needs.
  • Prepare procurement status reports for management.
  • Keep track of market trends, pricing fluctuations, and supplier performance.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 1–2 years in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain roles.
  • Skills:
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, and market research.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
