Job Description :

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and procure materials related to interior projects (plywood, laminates, hardware, glass, modular fittings, etc.).
• Identify reliable vendors, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare purchase orders, track material movement, and maintain records.
• Coordinate with site/project teams to understand material requirements.
• Ensure quality checks of purchased materials as per project standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and avoid stock shortages or excess.
• Build strong vendor relationships for cost-effective procurement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and budget controls.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement or purchase department.
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of ERP/Tally preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, or a related field.
