Procurement Executive

JY Tec Supply Inc. is an R2, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 certified company based in Dallas that deals with recyclable used/damaged electronic products including cell phones, tablets/iPads, parts/batteries, accessories, and other electronic consumer products.

The Procurement Executive is responsible for ensuring that purchase orders are released to all suppliers and making sure orders to customers at a timely and accurate manner.
Essential Functions

• Purchase cell products while making sure they meet the pointed quality requirements, cost initiatives and delivery schedule
• Review open purchase orders, monitor vendor performance, and expedite when necessary
• Assure that problems relating to delivery, quality or pricing are promptly conveyed to the vendor and resolved in a timely manner per standard procedures
• Must have access to Carrier auctions/relationships with carriers or other large suppliers

• Must be able to use relationships to help the company get onboarded with carriers and other selective used phone processors.

• Assure that Purchase Orders are entered into and updated in an accurate and timely manner

Required Skills/Qualifications

• Must have experience in Used phone industry

• PC literate. Knowledge of MRP and Microsoft Office programs required (Advanced Excel).
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Self-starter & Make things happen attitude.
• This individual will possess excellent verbal and written English skills.

Desired Skills/Qualifications

• Knowledge in production planning and purchasing
• Demonstrated maturity and judgment

• Has 1-2 Years' Experience in similar industry.

• Schedule :8 hour shift

Pay: $100,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
