Procurement Executive

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Executive to manage sourcing, purchasing, and vendor coordination for MEP trading products. The ideal candidate must have prior UAE MEP experience, strong supplier networks, and in-depth knowledge of local market practices, pricing, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and procure MEP materials including electrical, plumbing, mechanical products.

Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality.

Prepare and process purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely material availability.

Maintain strong relationships with vendors and monitor supplier performance.

Coordinate with sales, stores, and project teams to meet material requirements.

Ensure compliance with company policies, UAE regulations, and import/export procedures.

Monitor stock levels and plan procurement to avoid shortages or overstocking.

Handle documentation including LPOs, delivery notes, invoices, and GRNs.

Analyze market trends, pricing fluctuations, and cost-saving opportunities.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of procurement experience in MEP trading products in the UAE (mandatory).

Strong knowledge of UAE MEP suppliers, brands, and market pricing.

Bachelor’s degree.
