Procurement Executive

Procurement Executive (HVAC): 1-5 years’ Experience

Qualification: Any Graduation (Engineering Graduate preferred)

· Responsible for end-to-end Purchase processes

· Interest in learning the AC, HVAC Components, accessories and materials

· Understanding BOQ (bill of quantity)

· Floating of Quotation inquiry

· Acquiring quotes

· Comparison of quotes upkeeping make, price and quality for further approval

· Selection of vendor and registration in concerned software

· Cration of Purchase orders

· Update the delivery schedule of materials against PO as per project schedule

· Confirmation of delivery to the site or to the store house

· Market survey

· Payment tracking and follow up

· Strong communication skills (Verbal, oral and written)

· Proficiency in MS office (Word and xl)

· Coordination among the company departments for smooth functioning of the organization

· Filing and maintenance of all completed records to the file concerned for future audit

· Any other duties assigned by the management from time to time with respect to the purchase processes

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
