Job Summary

The Purchase Executive is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, products, and services required by the organization. The role ensures timely procurement of quality goods at competitive prices while maintaining strong supplier relationships and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on price, quality, service, and reliability.
• Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate contracts and terms with vendors.
• Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and follow up on pending orders.
• Coordinate with internal departments (production, finance, stores, etc.) to understand procurement requirements.
• Maintain accurate purchase records, supplier databases, and documentation.
• Monitor stock levels and support inventory control activities.
• Handle vendor performance evaluation and resolve supply-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and legal regulations.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and support budgeting activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing (industry-specific experience preferred).
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
