Job Title: Junior Procurement Executive – Real Estate (Residential High - rise Projects)

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Procurement Executive with sound knowledge of residential construction materials and procurement processes. The role involves supporting procurement operations, coordinating with vendors and site teams, and ensuring timely availability of quality materials for residential projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in procurement of construction materials such as cement, steel, aggregates, blocks, tiles, sanitaryware, electrical fittings, plumbing and finishing materials.
• Support in vendor sourcing and maintain an updated vendor database.
• Collect and compare quotations from multiple suppliers.
• Prepare basic purchase orders (POs) and follow up for approvals.
• Coordinate with site engineers and planning teams for material requirements.
• Track deliveries and ensure materials reach site as per schedule.
• Verify quantity and quality of materials received at site.
• Maintain procurement records, bills, delivery challans and MIS reports.
• Follow up with vendors for invoices, payments and replacements if required.
• Assist senior procurement team in negotiations and cost control.

Education:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in procurement for residential real estate projects.
• Basic working knowledge of construction materials and specifications.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Understanding of common residential construction materials.
• Basic knowledge of BOQ and material take-offs.
• Familiarity with vendor coordination and site operations.
• Good MS Excel skills for tracking and reporting.
• ERP knowledge (any system) is an added advantage.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Willingness to visit project sites when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
