Procurement Lead
Summary:
A leading F&B company is seeking a Procurement & Supply Chain Lead with 3+ years of experience to oversee all aspects of procurement and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with franchise restaurant brands, managing vendor networks, and ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and timely supply of goods across multiple outlets.

Manage end-to-end procurement processes including sourcing, purchasing, and supplier negotiations

Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, distributors, and franchise-approved suppliers

Ensure compliance with franchise standards, approved supplier lists, and brand guidelines

Monitor inventory levels across outlets and coordinate replenishment to avoid stock shortages or overstocking

Optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels

Coordinate with operations, finance, and store teams to forecast demand and plan procurement accordingly

Evaluate supplier performance and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality

Handle logistics, warehousing, and distribution to ensure timely delivery across all branches

Ensure compliance with local regulations, food safety standards, and company policies

Prepare procurement reports, cost analysis, and performance metrics for management review

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum 3+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain, preferably in F&B or franchise restaurant operations

Strong understanding of franchise systems, centralized purchasing, and multi-branch supply chain operations

Experience working with international and local suppliers, including import processes (preferred)

Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage budgets and cost control initiatives

Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
