Procurement & Logistics Officer

Qualifications & Education Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering

· Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in a similar role is a must.

Preferred Skills:

· Strong knowledge of procurement activities related to fleet, general consumables, spare parts, equipment, and O&M activities

· Expertise in Procurement & Sourcing – ability to identify, evaluate, and select suppliers

· Strong negotiation skills for pricing, terms, and contract management

· Familiarity with local and international procurement policies & procedures

· Hands-on experience with ERP/Procurement software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with vendors, internal teams, and management

· Ability to minimize supply chain risks by managing supplier performance and quality

·Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple procurement requests efficiently

· High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in purchase orders, contracts, and compliance
