Designation Procurement Manager Age Group – 25 to 35 yrs., preferred Nature of Business – Trading of Petroleum Products (Propane/ALPG; Petrol, Diesel; LNG) Job description & desired candidate We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to manage the company’s supply of products and services. Procurement Manager responsibilities include strategizing to find cost-effective deals and suppliers. The Procurement Manager’s duty is to discover the best ways to cut procurement expenses, so that the company can invest in growth and people. Procurement Manager Responsibilities: Developing procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective. Inventory Management Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors. Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms. Reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-going feasibility. Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers. Approving purchase orders and organizing and confirming delivery of goods and services. Performing risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements. Controlling the procurement budget and promoting a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs. Overseeing and managing the IT systems that track shipments, inventory, and the supply of goods. Preparing procurement reports. Procurement Manager Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or business administration. Proven experience managing supply chain operations, preferably in Oil & gas industry. In-depth knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access). Management and leadership skills. Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven working experience as a Procurement Manager, Procurement Officer or Head of Procurement Talent in negotiations and networking Location Hyderabad – Telangana State Experience 5+ years’ Experience Qualification 1-Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or business administration. 2- ERP (MM and S&D Modules) 3- Languages to be known: Telugu, Hindi and English. 4- Computer knowledge MS-Office

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹97,164.46 per month
