Procurement Manager

Fox Valley Elevator, a trusted manufacturer in the elevator industry, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Manager to join our team. This position will play a critical role in ensuring that supplier relationships are strong, materials are purchased effectively, and inventory levels are consistently maintained to meet production demands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop all vendor and supplier relationships.
  • Oversee all materials purchasing to support production schedules and company goals.
  • Identify, monitor, and maintain proper inventory levels in partnership with the inventory clerk (direct report).
  • Regularly analyze purchasing and inventory data to identify opportunities for cost savings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure materials are available and supply chain efficiency is maximized.

Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Compensation:

  • Anticipated salary range: $60,000 – $75,000 annually, depending on experience.
  • Benefits package available.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of identifying cost savings.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with vendors and suppliers.
  • Ability to manage inventory effectively and oversee direct reports.
  • Organized, detail-focused, and proactive in problem-solving.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
