Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of sustainability and eco-friendly procurement practices is a plus.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Cost savings achieved through efficient procurement practices.
  • Supplier performance metrics (quality, reliability, and compliance).
  • Adherence to procurement budgets and timelines.
  • Inventory turnover rates and stock optimization.
  • Percentage of sustainable/eco-friendly purchases.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
