If you think you are the ideal candidate for our “
Procurement Manager
” position in our Procurement team of Finance group, to be responsible for managing procurement processes and projects within global and local regulations and procedures.
If you think you have the following
qualifications.
-
Bachelor’s degree
-
+10 years experience in procurement and/or supply chain organizations
-
Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with various levels/departments and vendors within and outside the organization
-
Solution oriented and proactive approach with advanced analytical problem solving and conflict resolution skills (balance between stakeholders); process improvement point of view
-
Ability and motivation to read, interpret and comply with policies, regulations, procedures
-
Good command of MS Office programs especially MS Excel and Powerpoint
-
Advanced level of written and verbal English and Turkish
If you think you may take charge of the following
responsibilities.

Identify and manage stakeholders up to management level, finding out their needs/issues/concerns and reacting to these by leading and coordinating the development of stakeholder engagement plans to support the communication of business information and decisions.

Identify and communicate the actions needed to implement the function's strategy and business plan within the business area or department; explain the relationship to the broader organization's mission, vision and values; motivate people to commit to these and to doing extraordinary things to achieve local business goals.

Manage procurement and other linked processes in scope of global and local procedures, policies and regulations, performing gap analysis and develop digitization of processes

Monitor, control and track KYS (Know Your Supplier) process and monitoring status of ING, report KYS compliance rate, act as local gatekeeper for KYS processes

Manage and control contracting process (existence of mandatory clauses, metadata, process controls, etc.)
-
Attend ING Global and Bank wide projects and coordinate activities within Procurement team
-
Continuously review and develop Procurement processes and implement autonomous processes including AI models
-
Manage Procurement KPI’s, performance metrics
-
Manage and plan Procurement Projects within planned time, cost and quality
-
Implement controls in Procurement and related processes, define, track and monitor KCT’s
-
Track vendors and monitor performance (Supply/vendor risk)
-
Manage the R2P (Request to Pay Process) - Issue purchase orders, create/update vendor cards and match invoices with POs/Contracts
-
Manage payment processes in coordination with Strategic Procurement and Accounts Payable
