Procurement Manager

Join our growing F&B operations and play a key role in managing procurement, vendor relationships, and cost efficiency across our business. We are looking for a results-driven professional with strong experience in the food and hospitality industry who can handle end-to-end procurement operations. What we’re looking for: • 5+ years of procurement experience in F&B / Hospitality • Strong knowledge of Qatar’s local market and food supply chain • Experience managing fresh, dry, frozen & non-food categories • Expertise in vendor negotiation and contract management • Strong background in cost control, budgeting & inventory planning • Knowledge of import procedures and supplier documentation • Familiarity with ERP systems and reporting • Strong leadership and analytical skills If you’re ready to take the next step in your career, we’d love to hear from you.
