Procurement Manager – Fit-Out Projects

We are seeking a seasoned Procurement Manager with extensive experience in the interior fit-out industry to lead and control procurement operations across multiple projects. The role requires strong knowledge of fit-out materials, subcontracting, supplier management, and cost control, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement aligned with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement activities for interior fit-out and turnkey projects
• Source and procure materials and subcontract packages including:
• Gypsum systems, partitions, ceilings
• Joinery, loose & fixed furniture
• Flooring, wall finishes, ceilings, decorative materials
• MEP-related fit-out items and specialist subcontract works
• Develop and implement procurement strategies and schedules aligned with project timelines
• Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and manage suppliers and subcontractors
• Prepare and manage purchase orders, contracts, and pricing agreements
• Monitor material lead times, delivery schedules, and site requirements
• Coordinate closely with estimation, project management, QS, and site teams
• Ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and budgets
• Control procurement costs and support value engineering initiatives
• Manage inventory levels and minimize wastage
• Lead, mentor, and develop the procurement team
• Maintain approved vendor lists and procurement records

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• 10–15 years of proven experience in interior fit-out procurement ONLY
• Strong experience in UAE/GCC fit-out projects (commercial, hospitality, residential)
• In-depth knowledge of fit-out materials, suppliers, and subcontracting practices
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and contract administration skills
• Proficient in ERP systems, MS Excel, and procurement software
• Ability to manage multiple projects and fast-track schedules
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills

Preferred

• Established network of UAE fit-out suppliers and subcontractors
• Experience in high-end or fast-track fit-out projects
• Arabic language is an advantage
