Procurement Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and Procurement Officer with a background in interior fit-out and civil works to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, equipment, and services to meet project requirements efficiently and cost-effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors for fit-out and civil projects.
• Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Review and compare quotations, technical submittals, and supplier capabilities.
• Track and monitor the delivery status of orders and ensure timely supply to site.
• Maintain and update procurement records, supplier database, and pricing lists.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and finance team to ensure procurement aligns with project timelines and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with legal and quality standards in procurement practices.
• Evaluate supplier performance and suggest improvements or alternative sourcing options.
• Stay up to date with market trends, new materials, and cost-saving opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or related field.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills

Pay: Up to AED2,500.00 per month
