Procurement Officer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a mid-level Procurement Officer/Purchaser with experience in sourcing materials for aluminum and glass works. The role involves handling purchase requests, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of quality materials at the best price.

Main Duties:

· Receive and review material requests from the production and site teams.

· Source and select reliable suppliers for aluminum, glass, accessories, and tools.

· Request quotations and compare prices, quality, and delivery time.

· Negotiate prices and payment terms with suppliers.

· Prepare purchase orders and get them approved by management.

· Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery.

· Coordinate with the warehouse team for incoming materials.

· Maintain accurate purchase records and supplier database.

· Resolve issues related to delays, wrong deliveries, or quality problems.

· Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policy.

Requirements:

· 3–5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in aluminum and glass industry.

· Knowledge of materials used in aluminum and glass fabrication.

· Good negotiation and communication skills.

· Ability to handle multiple suppliers and urgent requests.

· Familiar with purchase documentation and basic ERP or Excel tools.

· Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or Hindi is a plus.

· Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

Applicants with Aluminum & Glass experience and who can join immediately are preferred.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
