Key Responsibilities:
- Source, negotiate, and purchase materials, parts, and services in line with company requirements.
- Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving and quality improvement opportunities.
- Prepare purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely availability of materials.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Engineering, Finance, Production) to align procurement activities with operational needs.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Support in developing procurement strategies to optimize inventory and reduce costs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain (manufacturing or trading industry preferred).
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, SAP, or ERP systems.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
