Procurement Officer

Karachi, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, negotiate, and purchase materials, parts, and services in line with company requirements.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
  • Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving and quality improvement opportunities.
  • Prepare purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely availability of materials.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Engineering, Finance, Production) to align procurement activities with operational needs.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Support in developing procurement strategies to optimize inventory and reduce costs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain (manufacturing or trading industry preferred).
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, SAP, or ERP systems.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
