Procurement Officer

We are looking for a detail-oriented Procurement Officer with at least years of experience in the UAE construction industry to manage the sourcing, negotiation, and purchasing of materials, equipment, and services. The role requires a strong understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, and compliance with UAE regulations, ensuring timely and cost-effective supply chain operations for our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and select suppliers, contractors, and service providers in line with project requirements.
• Manage the full procurement cycle from requisition to purchase order and delivery.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms to achieve cost savings and quality standards.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with UAE laws, company policies, and project specifications.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and supplier databases.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to forecast material and equipment needs.
• Monitor supplier performance, resolve delivery issues, and manage claims or disputes.
• Prepare procurement reports and provide updates to management on purchasing status.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
