Procurement Officer

About Us:
Prime Land Technical Works is a fast-growing company in Dubai, specializing in construction, interiors, MEP, and finishing works. We are seeking a proactive and organized Procurement Officer to manage purchasing operations, vendor coordination, and material sourcing for our ongoing and upcoming projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Source and negotiate with suppliers for the best prices, quality, and delivery terms.
• Prepare purchase requests, quotations, and purchase orders.
• Maintain an updated list of suppliers and material prices.
• Coordinate with the site team and engineers to ensure timely material delivery.
• Track material usage and verify received quantities and specifications.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare comparison sheets and assist in cost control and budgeting.
• Ensure all procurement documents are properly filed and recorded.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of UAE experience in procurement or purchasing (preferably in construction or fit-out sector).
• Strong knowledge of building materials, finishing items, and MEP supplies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with procurement systems.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
• Immediate joiners will be given priority.

Salary: Based on experience and qualifications.
Availability: Immediate

Pay: AED1,100.00 - AED1,400.00 per month
