Requirements:

• Create purchase orders and ensure of time availability of resources for the projects
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on price, quality, and reliability
• Maintain a database of approved suppliers and regularly assess their performance
• Build and nurture strong relationships with suppliers to secure long-term partnerships
• Monitor supplier adherence to contract terms and resolve any disputes or issues that arise
• Conduct market research to benchmark pricing and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Coordinate inspections or testing of materials and address any quality concerns with suppliers
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, invoices, and supplier communications
• Provide guidance on procurement policies and procedures to internal departments

Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of materials to construction sites.
