Location: Royal Solar Energy – Lahore Office
Job Type: Full-Time (On-site)
Timing: Morning Shift (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

About the Role

Royal Solar Energy is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Officer to manage purchasing activities, vendor relations, and timely availability of solar materials and equipment. The ideal candidate must be organized, efficient, and capable of handling procurement operations with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.
• Manage purchase orders, material planning, and inventory levels.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Installation, Technical Teams) for material requirements.
• Track shipments, deliveries, and maintain procurement records.
• Ensure timely procurement of solar products, electrical components, and related items.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Supply Chain, Business, or related field).
• 1–3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain (solar industry experience is a plus).
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and procurement software/tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
