About Us

The Lab Holding is a leading hospitality group managing premium restaurant concepts across the UAE. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Officer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and negotiate with suppliers for food, beverages, equipment, and operational supplies
• Issue purchase orders and track deliveries
• Ensure cost control and quality standards are maintained
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with restaurant operations
• Maintain vendor relationships and evaluate supplier performance
• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations
• Coordinate with finance for invoice verification and payments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
• 2–4 years of procurement experience (hospitality/F&B preferred)
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Knowledge of UAE supplier market
• Proficient in MS Office
