Procurement Officer – Façade

The Procurement Officer will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials and services related to façade projects, including aluminum profiles, glass, fittings, sealants, and subcontracted works. The role ensures timely procurement, cost control, and compliance with project specifications and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities for façade projects
• Source and evaluate suppliers for aluminum, glass, hardware, sealants, fasteners, and façade accessories
• Prepare RFQs, analyze quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize purchase orders
• Coordinate with design, engineering, QS, and project teams to understand material specifications and schedules
• Ensure timely delivery of materials in line with project timelines
• Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock to avoid shortages or excess
• Ensure materials comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships
• Track procurement budgets and ensure cost control
• Handle vendor performance evaluation and resolve supply-related issues
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and contractual requirements
• Prepare procurement reports, documentation, and cost comparisons

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 4 years of procurement experience specifically in façade or building envelope industry
• Strong knowledge of façade materials (aluminum systems, glass types, fittings, sealants, etc.)
• Good negotiation and vendor management skills
• Ability to read and understand façade drawings and specifications
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines

Preferred:

• Experience working with international suppliers
• Knowledge of contract terms and procurement best practices
• Experience in large-scale commercial or high-rise façade projects
