Experience: 3–5 years in MEP & Fit-out project procurement

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

Handle procurement of MEP products and project supplies (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting, pumps, cables, fittings, etc.)

Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers; handle proposals and purchase orders

Negotiate pricing, delivery, payment terms, and ensure cost-effective procurement

Coordinate with project, logistics, and finance teams for smooth operations

Ensure quality, compliance, and timely delivery of materials

Maintain accurate procurement documentation and reports

Requirements:

✔ Experience in MEP & Fit-out project procurement

✔ Strong negotiation & vendor management skills

✔ Ability to read technical drawings & BOQs

✔ Proficient in MS Office; ERP experience preferred

✔ Highly organized with attention to detail
