Responsibility:

• Performing compliance verification/approval and quality review.

• Ensure performance levels are met and prepare root cause analysis along with corrective and preventive actions on SLA performance

• Internal Quality control review

• Periodic review of SOP, Training documents and work with clients for approvals.

• Arrange for periodic training for the team on the process changes.

• Periodic calls and meetings with clients to discuss SLA compliance and ongoing plans to improve processes
