Procurement / Purchasing Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for a responsible and active Procurement / Purchasing Executive who will visit local markets, search for products, collect pricing details, arrange samples, and coordinate with the team for uploading products on our website and WhatsApp store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit local markets and wholesale shops to find new and trending products for e-commerce.
• Collect product details including price, quality, supplier information, and availability.
• Bring product samples for review and approval.
• Prepare product lists with complete pricing and supplier details.
• Coordinate with the media/IT team for product photos and uploads on website / WhatsApp.
• Negotiate prices with suppliers when required.
• Suggest new product ideas for online selling.

Requirements:

• Must be confident in market visits and communication.
• Basic understanding of e-commerce products.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Responsible and honest personality.
• Fresh & experienced both can apply.
