We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our team, He is responsible for sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and purchasing goods and services that meet the company’s operational requirements. This role ensures cost-effective procurement while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers and vendors to ensure high-quality and cost-effective procurement of materials and services.

Prepare, issue, and follow up on Requests for Quotations (RFQs), purchase orders, and procurement contracts.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery timelines with suppliers.

Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, quality, and compliance with contractual obligations.

Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation in accordance with company policies and audit requirements.

Collaborate with internal departments (finance, operations, logistics, etc.) to understand purchasing needs and ensure timely delivery.

Support cost-reduction initiatives through strategic sourcing and supplier consolidation.

Stay updated on market trends, new products, and changes in supplier landscapes.

Ensure adherence to procurement policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles.

Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems ( Oracle).

Good knowledge of procurement best practices and sourcing strategies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in procurement or supply chain (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) is a plus.

Experience in Retail industry is an advantage.
