Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement processes, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the timely delivery of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with company goals.
  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiating contracts and terms.
  • Manage the procurement process from requisition to delivery, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor supplier performance and conduct regular reviews to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to forecast procurement needs and manage inventory levels.
  • Analyze market trends and pricing to make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and prepare reports for management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of market trends and supplier dynamics in the region.
