Procurement Specialist

The Loaded Teashop is seeking a highly organized Procurement Specialist to oversee the sourcing and purchasing of ingredients and supplies essential to our operations. This role is critical to ensuring consistent product quality, reliable vendor relationships, and efficient inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Source high-quality ingredients and supplies through vendors and online platforms.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Maintain vendor records, purchasing logs, and procurement schedules.
• Monitor and track inventory to ensure timely replenishment and cost control.
• Enter and manage data accurately across spreadsheets and inventory systems.
• Prepare reports to support budgeting and vendor performance evaluation.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
• Strong research, data entry, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and inventory management tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Experience in food & beverage procurement is preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
