Job Overview

Support the Procurement Manager in sourcing goods and services by obtaining competitive quotations, coordinating with suppliers and user departments, and negotiating the best offers to maximize the company’s benefit.


Job Responsibilities

  • Handle purchasing activities and deliveries for F&B, market list, and inventory items.
  • Prepare purchasing documentation, including price comparisons and market surveys.
  • Coordinate product and purchase specifications with departments and suppliers.
  • Meet suppliers to gather information, quotations, and negotiate terms.
  • Maintain and update the item master list and vendor list.
  • Follow up on pending orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Organize and update catalogues, samples, and price lists.
  • Monitor supplier performance and product quality.
  • Perform any other duties assigned.


Job Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Purchasing, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of purchasing experience, preferably in hospitality.
  • Good negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in CheckSCM or similar applications.
  • Experience in inventory control and cost management is an advantage.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Shift duty may require.
