Procurement Specialist

FirstPoint Group is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to oversee and manage procurement activities for our interior fit-out and renovation projects across Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, negotiating with suppliers, managing subcontractor agreements, and ensuring cost-effective purchasing while maintaining high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement processes for interior fit-out and renovation projects
• Source and evaluate suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to achieve cost efficiency
• Prepare and review purchase orders, contracts, and procurement documentation
• Coordinate with project managers and site teams to ensure timely material delivery
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships
• Ensure procurement activities align with project budgets and timelines
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative suppliers where necessary
• Maintain accurate procurement records and reporting

Requirements

• Minimum 6–8 years UAE experience in procurement within the interior fit-out, construction, or renovation industry
• Strong network of suppliers and subcontractors in the UAE market
• Experience sourcing joinery, MEP, finishing materials, and subcontract services
• Strong negotiation and cost management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and procurement schedules simultaneously
