Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist with 2+ years of experience in the construction sector to join our team in Riyadh, North Riyadh . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement activities, sourcing qualified suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the timely delivery of materials and services in line with project requirements and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process for construction and urban development projects.
• Source, evaluate, and select suppliers and subcontractors based on quality, cost, and delivery performance.
• Request quotations, compare offers, and negotiate prices, terms, and contracts.
• Issue purchase orders and monitor order status to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with project teams, engineering, finance, and warehouse departments to identify procurement needs.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.
• Track market trends, supplier performance, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure all purchased materials and services meet required specifications, budgets, and project timelines.
• Prepare procurement reports, records, and supporting documentation.
• Support contract administration and resolve any procurement-related issues efficiently.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement within the construction, contracting, or urban development industry .
• Good knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple procurement requests.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/procurement systems is preferred.
• Familiarity with the local supplier market in Saudi Arabia is an advantage.
