At HRPSP, we’re looking for a highly motivated professional to join our Strategic Technology Procurement team. In this role, you’ll collaborate with DX/IT, Finance, and Legal to maximize value from software investments while ensuring compliance with vendor agreements.

What You’ll Do

• Manage vendor relations, renewals & licensing issues
• Analyse software usage patterns & drive cost-saving initiatives
• Develop and enforce procurement & compliance policies
• Track and maintain software assets & licenses
• Define goals, manage risks, and ensure smooth execution
• Provide stakeholder updates & promote best practices

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in IT Operations, Procurement, or Software Asset Management
• Proficiency with SAM tools & license management platforms
• Strong analytical, organizational & communication skills
• Vendor negotiation expertise and global collaboration abilities
• Knowledge of SaaS/software compliance & regulatory frameworks
