A Production Executive oversees the manufacturing process and ensures production runs efficiently, on time, and within budget. They coordinate between departments such as design, procurement, and quality control to maintain smooth operations and achieve production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and monitor daily production activities.
• Ensure raw materials, machinery, and manpower are available for production.
• Coordinate with the design and procurement teams for production planning.
• Maintain quality control and ensure standards are met.
• Track production output and report to management.
• Identify and resolve production issues or delays.
• Ensure workplace safety and compliance with company policies.
• Supervise production workers and support staff.
• Optimize processes to improve productivity and reduce waste.
• Maintain production records and documentation.
