Producer (Remote)

We’re looking for a creative and highly organized Producer to lead the planning, production, and optimization of video content across YouTube and social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more).

Working Hours: 2:30 PM – 11:30 PM (Egypt Time)
Working Days: Monday–Friday
Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and oversee video production for YouTube and social platforms
• Collaborate with writers, designers, and editors to deliver platform-optimized content
• Manage filming schedules, talent coordination, and production logistics
• Optimize videos for SEO, thumbnails, titles, and metadata
• Track performance metrics and use insights to improve engagement
• Maintain brand consistency across all video content
• Stay updated on trends, algorithms, and best practices.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in video production or digital media
• Strong understanding of YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Proficiency with video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)
• Experience managing production workflows and schedules
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

• Motion graphics or animation experience (After Effects, Blender, etc.)
• Live streaming or multi-platform distribution experience

• Portfolio with YouTube and multi-platform projects

Work Location: Remote
