Role Overview
Own the end-to-end product for a fantasy horse racing game, shaping gameplay, roadmap, and growth. You’ll partner with Design, Engineering, Data, Marketing, and Compliance to build engaging, data-driven experiences for both racing fans and fantasy gamers.
Responsibilities

Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for fantasy horse racing.

Design and refine core game mechanics: leagues, contests, drafting/picks, scoring, leaderboards.

Deliver race-day experiences: live scoring, real-time updates, notifications, and season formats.

Use analytics tools to track and improve KPIs (activation, retention, ARPU/LTV, conversion).

Coordinate data integrations (race schedules, results, odds/stats) with providers/partners.

Ensure compliance with fantasy gaming rules across markets and implement responsible play features.
Requirements

1-2 years of experience in technical, product or marketing related roles

A keen interest in fantasy sports games.

Experience with live data/real-time products and analytics-driven decision-making.

Excellent PRD writing and cross-functional execution skills.

Hands-on experience with AI prototyping tools likes v0, Claude Code, Cursor etc.
