Product Content & Media Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and hands-on Product Content & Media Specialist to support the day-to-day management of our eCommerce website. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across photography, content creation, and product data—bringing products to life online through high-quality visuals and accurate, engaging descriptions.

You will play a key role in maintaining and growing our online catalog by ensuring that all product listings are visually compelling, well-written, and up to date.

Key Responsibilities
- Product & Website Management

• Add new products to the website (including images, descriptions, and specifications)
• Maintain and update existing product listings for accuracy and consistency
• Organize product data, variants, and categories
• Ensure product pages are complete, clean, and customer-ready

- Product Content Creation

• Research product information and specifications
• Write clear, accurate, and engaging product descriptions
• Maintain consistent tone and brand voice across all listings
• Optimize content for readability and basic SEO

- Product Photography

• Photograph products for use on the website and marketing channels
• Set up simple studio shots (lighting, background, composition)
• Ensure consistent visual style across all product images

- Photo Editing

• Edit product images using tools like Adobe Photoshop
• Perform background cleanup, color correction, and retouching
• Prepare images for web use (sizing, cropping, optimization)

- Marketing Support (Optional / Bonus)

• Assist with creating visual content for social media
• Support product launches with images and basic content

QualificationsRequired

• Experience with product photography and photo editing
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to write clear and accurate product descriptions
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

Preferred

• Experience with Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms
• Basic video editing skills (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro)
• Familiarity with product data management or inventory systems
• Interest in photography, design, or eCommerce
