Product Executive

Position: Product Executive - VAS

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily testing and monitoring of all features across the VAS product portfolio.
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards to track product KPIs and share insights with management.
• Identify underperforming features, conduct root-cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct in-depth product performance analysis and generate actionable insights.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and normalization across reporting tools.
• Prepare regular reports on complaint trends, feature performance, and customer experience.
• Collaborate with content, commercial, and technical teams to ensure smooth product operations.
• Manage complaint handling and resolution using tools such as Jira.
• Conduct mystery shopping exercises and prepare internal & client-facing reports on VAS product representation.
• Assist in enhancing product features and supporting roadmap initiatives.
• Suggest and implement improvements to optimize product efficiency and user experience.
• Support the rollout of new VAS offerings, both conventional and digital.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in customer services, product operations, or telecom VAS.- Familiarity with VAS operations (IVR, SMS, Digital platforms).
• Proficiency in Jira, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word (analytics & reporting).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
• Experience working in a VAS/IT/tech startup environment is a strong plus.
• High level of integrity, adaptability, and execution drive.
